1. Sample: How do I get samples?
Samples are free of charge;
Note:We will send samples as soon as possible by Fedex,UPS or DHL international air express.
2. Price: Can I get the price list of your products?
Of course you can, please tell us your detailed requirements, such as thickness, color,weight/m2, raw materials request, end use etc… Later we will quote for you in the first time.
3. Shipment: How do you ship?
We usually ship by boat through our shipping agent to any destination port in the world.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. International Shipping: Wire transfer is required.
4. OEM or Custom Order: Can we place an OEM order to manufacture our own branded product at your facility?
Yes, of course. OEM or customized Order are welcome. You just need to send us the drawing and requirements of your desired style. We will submit samples for your approval.
5. Payment Terms: How do we arrange payment?
T/T: Wire transfer, 40% down, balance before shipment or with a copy of bill of lading;
If the product is especially designed and manufactured for customer, a higher deposit than normal will be required.
6. Delivery time: How long does it takes to ship?
Since the order and payment confirmation,we will arrange the production, it takes 7- 10 days to arrange production and book shipping space in advance before goods are ready for shipment.
7. Transportation Insurance: How can I arrange transportation insurance?
We can arrange and purchase transportation insurance on behalf of you.
8. Placing order: How do I place an order?
a. To place a repeat order,simply give us the previous order number.
